Association Accounting Services
At PRISM we strive to provide our associations with the most detailed, independently prepared, timely, financial reports on a monthly basis. Accounting for our clients is performed by an independent accounting firm that we have partnered with. We provide the following Financial Services: budget preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial report preparation, capital expenditure planning, loan facilitation and special assessment guidance. A comprehensive financial report will be distributed to the Board of Directors monthly.
To help facilitate community transparency and improve the relationship between the Board of Directors and the membership, financial reports are uploaded to the associations web portal monthly. If you are currently partnered with your own accounting firm and are looking to utilize the management or other services that we offer, we welcome the opportunity.
Property Inspections for Maintenance Deficiencies and CCR Violation Program
Routine inspections of the common areas are completed on a regular basis. The management team will work with the associations Board of Directors to develop a property maintenance inspection and CCR violation program that fits within the parameters of the association documents and the expectations of the Board of Directors.
Construction Management Services
An important part of community association management is the oversight of the assets of the community. Many times, it becomes necessary for the Board of Directors to contract with a vendor to make capital repairs and improvements. Our construction management coordinator will assist your Board of Directors, committee, and community members during all phases of your project. Specifically, we will provide assistance with the development of the job bid specifications, solicit, collect and evaluate the bids, while providing the construction oversight of the entire project. Once the board has chosen their vendor we will see the project through from start to a successful finish.
Community Event Planning
At PRISM, we have an event coordinator who specializes in organizing community events. Many associations host events, such as barbecues, parties, or even scheduling food trucks to visit the community on a regular basis. Our event coordinator would be happy to work with your Board of Directors or social committee in planning an event for your community.
24/7 Emergency Service Line
PRISM provides a live answering service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for homeowners to have the ability to contact us for emergencies that occur outside of normal business hours. Once a homeowner contacts the Answering Service with an emergency, the manager will be contacted and put in communication with the homeowner needing emergency assistance.
Administrative Services
One of the key factors in the success of a management firm, and the associations Board of Directors, is their ability to be transparent and communicate effectively with the membership, thereby keeping the residents informed. PRISM provides your associations Board of Directors with the ability to send community email blasts, newsletters, utilize evoting, post meeting minutes, financials, forms, and documents to your community web portal. While effective communication has been proven to be a key to success, we at PRISM are committed to providing timely, responsive and accurate communication to all members of your community.
Personalized Web Portal
PRISM provides each association that we manage with their own personalized community web portal where board members and homeowners can easily access a variety of information. Meeting minutes and financial reports are uploaded to the portal monthly. Association documents, forms, reminders, and calendar for community events are also on the portal. Each member can sign into the web portal and submit resident requests, architectural applications, make payments while also checking the status of their service requests, account balance and CCR violation history.
Pre/Post Hurricane/Disaster Management Services
Our senior management team has over 60 years of combined experience in the preparation and handling of all types of hurricane and disaster management scenarios. This expertise includes pre-hurricane preparation, post hurricane and disaster (fire, flood, etc.) damage mitigation, bid development and solicitation, restoration service oversight, insurance claim filing, and follow up. We are prepared to assist and guide your Board of Directors through all phases of these potentially catastrophic events.
Consulting Services

Our executive team of Sherry Judd and Christopher Tuller have over 60 years of combined experience in the community association management services industry with over 50 of those years in south Florida.
